Where do orders ship from, and how long do they take?
From our fulfilment partners in Asia. We send your order within 1 to 2 business days, and it takes 5 to 8 more to reach you. Most orders arrive in 6 to 10 business days. We ship everywhere in Canada except Quebec.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
Will I pay anything at the door?
No. Any import duty and taxes at the border are paid by us. Nothing to pay at delivery.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. It can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to Canada.
What if I change my mind?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first so we can match the parcel to your order; our return address in Montréal is in our refund policy. You pay the return postage, and we refund you the day after it reaches us.
What if it arrives faulty or not as described?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund it and pay the postage.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If it hasn't arrived 10 business days after the delivery window, email us and we refund you in full.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free, within 12 hours of ordering if it hasn't shipped. Just email us.
