Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada, except Quebec.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Where your order ships from

Your order is sent directly to you by our fulfilment partners in Asia. It does not come from a warehouse in Canada.

How long it takes

Processing: 1 to 2 business days to prepare and send your order.
Delivery: 5 to 8 business days once it has been sent.
Total: most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time (Toronto) on a business day start processing that day. Orders placed later start processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties and taxes

Any import duty and taxes on your order are paid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to Canada, and the tracking page shows the carrier that delivers it in Canada.

If your order is late or lost

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the delivery window above, contact us and we will refund you in full.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address before you order. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.
