Where is my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Open that link to see where your parcel is.
Your order confirmation email also has a View your order button. It shows your order and its tracking once it has shipped.
You can also see your orders here: look up your orders. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and we send you a one-time code.
When will tracking start?
We send your order within 1 to 2 business days. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to Canada. Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed.
